  • ARTS/CULTURE ($95,000.00)

COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF ORANGE COUNTY, INC. - $10,000.00 for funding the "Full STEAM Ahead Healthy Habits Initiative" in Hancock and Deposit Central School Districts, Delaware County, NY

DELAWARE COUNTY HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION - $15,000.00 towards the purchase and installation of seven mobile shelving units in the Association's Library and Archives Room

DEPOSIT HISTORICAL SOCIETY - $10,000.00 for a new metal roof on the detached garage used for storage of historical archives

ENDICOTT PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, INC. - $25,000.00 towards the roof restoration project at the 102 Washington Avenue Center, consisting of two buildings with three levels

WALTON THEATRE PRESERVATION ASSOCIATION, INC. - $35,000.00 to assist with costs of replacing 25 year old analogue lights with modern LED Digital Lighting for the Walton Theatre

 

  • COMMUNITY/RECREATION ($141,000.00)

ARROWHEAD MINISTRIES, INC. - $100,000.00 to expand camper accommodations with two new 20'x30' cabins with heating, plumbing, and an ADA compliant restroom in each

DEPOSIT COMMUNITY PARK - $25,000.00 towards costs of creating two pickleball courts at the Deposit Community Park

DISCOVERY CENTER OF THE SOUTHERN TIER - $16,000.00 to expand upon the Neverland Playground Pirate Ship Exhibit at the Story Garden to include a "Wheelchair Accessible Dinghy Boat and Dock"

 

  •   EDUCATION ($328,507.11)   

CAMERON COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE - $17,007.11 to fund the mini-split heat system, electrical upgrades, new locking system, and general renovations to the newly purchased building re-purposed as the Cameron County Innovation Center

COMMUNITY EDUCATION COUNCIL - $20,000.00 to incorporate a STEM Component in the DISCOVER Partnership Programming for Elk and Cameron County, PA students (this is the second installment of a four year grant totaling $80,000.00)

DEPOSIT COMMUNITY CENTER d/b/a WILSON CHILDREN'S CENTER - $6,000.00 to purchase and launch new curriculum "Experience Early Learning", to purchase and launch updated software "Brightwheel", and to purchase three iPads for teachers' use at the daycare center

FAMILY ENRICHMENT NETWORK, INC. - $25,000.00 for flooring upgrades and new equipment in the Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy classrooms in the Integrated Preschool Program located at the Washington Street, Binghamton, NY location

HANCOCK COMMUNITY EDUCATION FOUNDATION - $15,000.00 for funding the Children's Center Program (birth to three years) for the 2025/2026 school year

JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT OF WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA - $15,500.00 to provide JA programming at the Woodland Elementary School in Emporium, PA during the 2025/2026 school year

KOPERNIK OBSERVATORY & SCIENCE CENTER - $200,000.00 towards the construction of a 1,750 square foot addition to the Science Center for the creation of an Earth Systems Science Laboratory (this is the first installment on a two year grant totaling $400,000.00)

SENECA HIGHLANDS CAREER & TECHNICAL CENTER - $10,000.00 to assist with the purchase of a John Deere 50 P-Tier Compact Excavator for its Heavy Equipment Maintenance Education Program

ST. PAUL'S CATHOLIC CHURCH - $20,000.00 for the Hancock Community Preschool Program during the 2025/2026 school year

 

  • HEALTH/HUMAN SERVICES ($489,500.00)

AMIGO SEARCH AND RESCUE DOGS, INC. - $7,500.00 to purchase a trailer to transport equipment when deployed and to purchase a Sonar Unit to assist with narrowing searches in Broome County, NY and surrounding areas

BENDER SAFETY & TRAINING CORPORATION - $50,000.00 to assist with the purchase of durable training equipment, instructional materials, and program costs for the training of EMTs and Advanced EMTs in Cameron County, PA

BINGHAMTON BROOME COUNTY YMCA - $10,000.00 towards providing the Livestrong Program in 2025 free to cancer survivors as they work to recondition themselves and establish a maintainable healthy lifestyle.  This is the second installment on a three year program grant totaling $30,000.00

BROOME COUNTY COUNCIL OF CHURCHES - $10,000.00 for the purchase of meats and/or poultry for the CHOW Food Pantry in Binghamton, NY

CAMERON COUNTY AMBULANCE SERVICE - $89,000.00 to fund capital upgrades to the ambulance facility in Emporium, PA

EAST BRANCH HARVARD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH - $2,500.00 for the East Branch Food Bank for 2026

EMPORIUM VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT - $50,000.00 towards the purchase of a 2025 Rosenbauer Fire Truck (second installment on a total grant of $100,000.00 payable over two years)

FAMILY COUNSELING SERVICES OF CORTLAND COUNTY - $50,000.00 to assist with funding technology upgrades at the Binghamton, NY location

HANDICAPPED CHILDREN'S ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHERN NEW YORK, INC. - $100,000.00 towards the cost of full plumbing upgrades to the facility in Johnson City, New York

LAKEWOOD FOOD PANTRY - $5,000.00 to fund the food pantry for 2026 in Lake Como, PA

NORTHERN TIER COMMUNITY ACTION - $10,000.00 to assist with the purchase of food for the Food Pantry Program in Emporium, PA

PLATTEKILL MOUNTAIN SKI PATROL - $3,000.00 to purchase three automated external defibrillators for emergency use on the mountain

READBURN ASSEMBLY OF GOOD CHURCH - $2,500.00 to fund the Our Daily Bread food pantry in Fishs Eddy, NY

SALVATION ARMY OF BINGHAMTON - $50,000.00 towards renovations at its new location at 86 Walnut Street, Binghamton, NY

VILLAGE OF HANCOCK - $50,000.00 for the purchase of a 2025 KME Pumper Truck for the Village Fire Department (this is the second installment on a $150,000.00 total grant)
