PHELPS MANSION MUSEUM - $10,000.00 for the purchase and installation of a new air conditioning system in the ballroom of the Mansion

ROBERSON MUSEUM & SCIENCE CENTER - $125,000.00 for essential upgrades to the Museum's two 40 year old elevators

 

TRI-CITIES OPERA - $21,000.00 to bring the live format of "Papayago" Opera-Go-Round to Delaware County, NY Schools in the 2023/2024 school year

 

ARROWHEAD MINISTRIES, INC. - $29,437.50 towards the construction of a gymnasium interior wheelchair accessible participation and observation balcony and also drainage remediation work on the external gymnasium wall at Shepherd's Camp in Brackney, PA

 

CHRIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH OF DEPOSIT - $5,793.00 towards the replacement of the motor for the clock tower

 

DISCOVERY CENTER OF THE SOUTHERN TIER - $84,857.30 for new lighting in the Children's Museum and installation of a new vinyl pavilion style roof over the Story Garden Amphitheater

 

HANCOCK PARTNERS - $60,000.00 to continue to fund salaries or contract services for the Economic Revitalization and Marketing Initiative for 2024 in Hancock, New York

 

JOHNSONBURG COMMUNITY CENTER - $10,000.00 for the installation of new HVAC on the second floor of the Center which houses the summer and after school kids programs

 

LUMBER TOWNSHIP - $20,000.00 towards new ADA compliant playground structure and equipment to be installed at the small public park area in Sterling Run, Lumber Township, Cameron County, PA

 

NORTHERN WAYNE COMMUNITY LIBRARY - $10,000.00 for new vinyl siding on the north and west sides of the Library, replacement of the roof cover over the storm cellar stairs, and window and door restoration and painting

 

RIDGWAY FREE LIBRARY ASSOCIATION - $30,000.00 towards new HVAC to be installed on the second and third floors of the Library in Elk County, PA

 

SOUTHERN TIER ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY - $60,000.00 for capital upgrades to the interior of the Wolf Woods Education Center Building (including winterizing, new finished walls, new lighting, flooring and educational displays)

DEPOSIT COMMUNITY CENTER d/b/a WILSON CHILDREN'S CENTER - $9,400.00 for new carpet at the Center along with two new activity centers/tables and six new high chairs for the education based daycare

 

GREATER BINGHAMTON EDUCATION OUTREACH PROGRAM - $7,000.00 towards costs of the SPARK Interactive Career Fair in January 2024

 

HANCOCK COMMUNITY EDUCATION FOUNDATION - $15,000.00 for the Children's Center Program in 2024

 

JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT OF WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA - $15,000.00 to fund Junior Achievement Programming in Cameron County, Pennsylvania School District for the 2023/2024 school year

 

LITERACY VOLUNTEERS OF BROOME COUNTY -  $10,000.00 for expansion of the Adult Basic Education, English as Second Language and Digital Literacy Program through the creation of two additional group labs in the afternoon and evening hours

 

ST. PAUL'S CATHOLIC CHURCH FOR THE HANCOCK COMMUNITY PRESCHOOL - $25,00.00 to fund the Preschool Program in 2024

 

  • HEALTH/HUMAN SERVICES: ($465,756.00)

BROOME COUNTY COUNCIL OF CHURCHES - $10,000.00 for the CHOW Food Pantry Program

 

GIGI'S PLAYHOUSE - $50,000.00 towards buildout costs at its newly leased space at the Oakdale Commons in Johnson City, NY

 

GUY & MARY FELT MANOR - $112,000.00 to fund the cost of purchase, design and installation of a new HVAC System at the skilled nursing and assisted living center in Emporium, PA

 

GUARDIAN ANGEL CENTER - $4,450.00 to assist with costs of the Clothing Program for children and students from the Cameron Count, PA area

 

HANCOCK, VILLAGE OF FIRE DEPARTMENT - $120,000.00 towards the purchase and upgrades to a 1994 Sutphen Tower Ladder Truck and towards the purchase of a used Pumper Truck when one is located

 

THE KEYS PROGRAM - $10,000.00 to provide the music therapy outreach program to 25 medically fragile children and pediatric cancer patients from Broome County, NY during the 2024 calendar year

 

NORTHERN TIER COMMUNITY ACTION - $10,000.00 for the Emporium, PA Food Pantry

 

RURAL HEALTH NETWORK SOUTH CENTRAL NEW YORK - $25,000.00 to fund one-half the cost of one clinical community health worker for calendar year 2024

 

ST. PAUL'S CATHOLIC CHURCH - $10,000.00 for the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry in Hancock, NY

 

UNITED HEALTH SERVICES FOUNDATION - $100,000.00 representing the third and final $100,000.00 installment on a $300,000.00 multi-year grant towards funding the construction of a six story addition at the Hospital's Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY

 

WINDSOR EMERGENCY SERVICES d/b/a EASTERN BROOME EMS - $14,306.00 for the purchase of training equipment to be used in medical instruction courses in CPR, First Aid, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
