ANDES PUBLIC LIBRARY - $50,000.00 for renovations and upgrades to the existing Library located in Delaware County, NY with regard to handicap accessibility, energy efficiency and flood mitigation work

 

BROOME COUNTY COUNCIL OF CHURCHES - $65,000.00 towards the purchase of refrigeration and freezer equipment to be located at its newly planned non-profit grocery under construction on the North Side of the City of Binghamton and to be known as the "North Side Grocery"

 

CHRIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH OF DEPOSIT - $13,500.00 for upgrades to the Church lighting and fans

 

EMPORIUM BOROUGH (PA) POLICE DEPARTMENT - $4,400.00 for the purchase of various equipment to retrofit the police canine vehicle for service

 

FENTON FREE LIBRARY - $25,000.00 for the construction of a new addition to expand the existing Library in Broome County, NY

 

HANCOCK FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC. - $68,814.00 for the purchase of 31 sets of fire fighting protective gear and 8 sets of rescue/forestry personal protective gear at this Delaware County, NY fire department

 

HANCOCK PARTNERS - $60,000.00 representing the first installment on a multi-year grant totaling $180,000.00 for funding its economic revitalization program

 

MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY ASSOCIATION - $6,000.00 to subsidize the cost of Broome County children to attend the 2019 MDA Sunshine Rotary Camp in Rush, NY

 

NORTHERN WAYNE COMMUNITY LIBRARY - $14,000.00 for the purchase of 6 new desktop computers, the costs of independent contractors and materials/supplies for continued instruction and maintenance of the STEAM Programming and Workshops at this Northeastern PA Library

 

PORT ALLEGANY (PA) AREA RECREATIONAL AUTHORITY - $130,000.00 towards the new community pool project

 

SIDNEY MEMORIAL PUBLIC LIBRARY - $56,828.00 for the purchase and installation of a new boiler system at this Delaware County, NY public Library

 

SPEAK, INC. - $5,000.00 for a new ventilation system in the cat sanctuary at this animal hospital in Binghamton, NY

 

WILLIAM B. OGDEN COMMUNITY LIBRARY - $34,462.00 for new period lighting and new bluestone sidewalk at this public Library in Walton, Delaware County, NY

COMMUNITY EDUCATION COUNCIL - $15,000.00 for the Discover Partnership Initiative in Elk and Cameron County, PA Schools during the 2019/2020 school year

 

DEPOSIT COMMUNITY CENTER (WILSON'S CHILDRENS CENTER) - $25,000.00 for the education based daycare and afterschool program program during the first full year following its end of year (2019) move to the Deposit School building

 

FAMILY ENRICHMENT NETWORK - $9,617.50 for the purchase and installation of a wheelchair lift in the entrance way of the integrated preschool program at its 29 Fayette Street, Bighamton, NY location

 

HANCOCK COMMUNITY EDUCATION FOUNDATION - $55,562.00 for STEM Workshops, and for capital improvements and expansion of walkways at the Nature Preserve and Science Center in Hancock, Delaware County, NY

 

HANCOCK COMMUNITY EDUCATION FOUNDATION - $15,000.00 for the Children's Center Program in 2020

 

LITERACY VOLUNTEERS - $17,800.00 for the "Building on Success with Small Group Instruction:  Mini-Courses, Literacy Labs and Training New Tutors" Initiative at the Binghamton, New York location

 

SENECA HIGHLANDS CAREER & TECHNICAL CENTER - $20,000.00 for the second installment on a multi-year grant of $100,000.00 for the startup of a new Homeland Security Program

 

ST. PAUL'S CATHOLIC CHURCH - $15,000.00 for the Hancock Community Preschool Program in 2020

 

TRIPLE CITIES MAKERSPACE - $25,000.00 for the "Ready Workforce:  Advanced Manufacturing and High-Technology Education"  Pilot/Initiative in Binghamton, NY

BROOME COUNTY COUNCIL OF CHURCHES - $5,000.00 for the CHOW Food Pantry in Binghamton, NY

 

DEPOSIT FOUNDATION - $6,000.00 for the Assistance and Referral Program and for the Friendship Program in Delaware County, NY

 

DICKINSON CENTER, INC. - $100,000.00 towards the construction of a new facility in St. Mary's PA to house, consolidate and expand its children's services, special education and outpatient clinics

 

EMPORIUM FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH - $6,586.00 for a new boiler system and repairs to exterior rear wall siding of the building the houses the Esther Place Programs

 

GUARDIAN ANGEL CENTER - $25,000.00 towards the construction of an addition to expand the existing facility in Kersey, PA (Elk County)

 

HANCOCK (TOWN OF) VOLUNTEER AMBULANCE CORP., INC. - $20,000.00 towards the purchase of a 2019 Trauma Hawk Ford E-350 Type II AEV Ambulance for use at this Delaware County, NY ambulance company

 

MOTHERS & BABIES PERINATAL NETWORK - $32,000.00 for the PAL Center Programming - "Parents as Leaders" in Binghamton, NY

 

NORTHERN TIER COMMUNITY ACTION - $5,000.00 for the Food Pantry Program in Emporium, PA

 

RURAL HEALTH NETWORK OF SOUTH CENTRAL NEW YORK - $50,000.00 towards the purchase and renovation of property at 455 Court Street, Binghamton, NY to consolidate its services and programs to one location
